5. Payments and Refunds

• All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

• Refund policies will be stated at the point of purchase. Absent a stated policy, all sales are final.

All content, including videos, written materials, graphics, and program structure, is the intellectual property of Forever StrongHER and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever StrongHER and its owners, coaches, and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, or damages arising from participation in the Program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever StrongHER, its owners, coaches, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or your violation of these Terms.

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your information to third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
